Terms of Service

1. Who we are
PinReady ("we", "us", "our") is operated from the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@pinready.org.
2. The service
PinReady is a software service that uses AI to turn user-provided source materials (book PDFs, product images, lead-magnet URLs) into Pinterest pin mockups, associated metadata, and Pinterest-compatible bulk-upload CSV files. Output quality depends on the quality and correctness of your inputs.
3. Your account
You must be 18 or older. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Only one active session is allowed per account.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: (a) upload content you do not have the rights to use, (b) upload illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, or hateful material, (c) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or overwhelm the service, or (d) use PinReady to generate deceptive marketing on behalf of third parties without their consent.
5. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to content you upload. You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the pin mockups, metadata, and CSV files PinReady generates from your uploads for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. PinReady retains all rights to the platform, prompts, models, and software.
6. Payments and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund of the current period — see our Refund Policy.
7. Quotas and fair use
Each plan carries monthly generation and export caps published on the pricing page. We apply rate limits to prevent abuse. Automated scraping or bulk resale of generated assets is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination without refund.
8. Warranties
PinReady is provided "as is". AI models can produce imperfect output. We do not warrant that generated pins will drive traffic, sales, or approval from Pinterest's ad review teams. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of PinReady is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account page. On termination we retain data only as long as needed to meet legal obligations.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
